Summary: The Senior Creative Director – Global Experiences will lead a multidisciplinary design team that oversees all Under Armour storytelling within global branded environments. This team is responsible for creating transformative retail experiences that position Under Armour as the premier performance athletic brand across the globe. The Senior Creative Director - Global Experiences is responsible for creating the vision, strategy, design, and messaging guidelines for all our branded experiences, focusing primarily on the retail presentation. This talented, driven person will create the strategic approach to our global experiences and ensure all campaigns and stories are facilitated from creative development through final execution.
The Senior Creative Director - Global Experiences is a key member of the Global Brand Creative leadership team and partners closely with Brand Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, and Channel Business leaders to develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and advance our Brand strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with Brand Creative teams (Category, Story, and Content) to continually drive and refine how we communicate our brand mission, personality, and point of view to consumers by creating transformative in-store experiences that will inspire our athletes and make them love the brand
Develop the strategy and design guidelines for the UA global store experience across Brand House, Factory House, owned & operated and partner stores, wholesale partners, and UA showrooms
Work closely with Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Product on driving integrated campaigns across all consumer touchpoints
Partner with global and regional creative agencies to develop strategy and creative to drive engagement and conversion
Create and implement a global kit of parts that are consistent with global brand standards and can be translated across channel and region to ensure globally consistency and regional relevance
Provide strong creative direction and quality control over concepts and projects
Work with the cross-functional leads to estimate, create, manage, track, and drive deadlines for new and existing projects
Use behavioral data and insights to inform and influence the customer journey and experience, ultimately leading to increased engagement and conversion
Drive innovation and establish a future vision for technology, including Virtual Reality and brand experiences with augmented reality
Build a high-performance team; hire and retain the right talent in the right roles; set goals, delegate work, hold reports accountable; develop and empower direct reports to make decisions and take action
Establish individual goals and objectives for direct reports in support of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise an internal team of designers, 3D artists, technologists, and producers to develop and execute creative projects.

Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of design experience
5 years of retail storytelling that demonstrate leadership with retail storytelling  
Creative experience with multiple media types – including new media, for example, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality
Past experience with User Experience design
Experience succeeding in a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive, complex projects
Architecture Background a plus
Must provide a portfolio of relevant work samples. (via URL or PDF)
