Summary:
This is a great opportunity to join one of the most explosive growth companies in the world!  We are investing in our systems and team today to support a much larger business in the future.  The Lead, Service Delivery, Corporate Services will play a critical role working with UA Teammates and external partners to assist in implementation of and support for our current Talent Management systems as well as future initiatives designed to support our global growth for years to come. The right candidate will help guide our business to the next level through a combination of technology and process improvements while providing outstanding customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide second level support and troubleshooting.
Perform system management pertaining to error logs and perform appropriate resolution.
Partner with vendor to solve issues and prioritize appropriately when needed.
Work with vendor on the quarterly releases and highlight new functionality to functional team.  Work to implement any new quarterly features that bring benefit.
Analyze business requirements to determine and recommend solution design
Translate functional requirements to technical requirements
Analyze and determine potential impact on other modules ensuring cross functional communication and collaboration
Partner with functional team to scope enhancements and define requirements before prioritization.
Partner with functional team to deliver system enhancements and quarterly updates.
Test and validate any updates to Talent Management systems and modules.
Identify opportunities that can improve efficiencies of business processes.
Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain system and process documentation; including but not limited to Standard Operating Procedures and End User Guides.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience working in a large-scale corporate environment.
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication and the ability to present information in a clear, concise and complete manner.
Strong analytical skills related to business process and logic
Sense of urgency and accuracy.
Ability to work in a team environment, but also work effectively as an individual.
Ability to manage competing priorities in order to effectively deliver results.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5-7 years Supporting Talent Management applications
Prior HR system implementation and administration (Successfactors, Taleo, Workday systems or similar)
Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Talent, compensation modules is a plus.
