Summary
Under Armour is seeking a creative and detail oriented Visual Merchandising Associate to join our North America Visual Merchandising team.  This person will be given a rare opportunity to be a part of a growing brand and division.  Passion, desire and integrity are traits we look for in our teammates.  You will play a key role in the visual standards and execution of our Brand story telling in key wholesale accounts across the country. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop Floor sets and Display Techniques in partnership with Visual Leadership team to deliver strong Brand stories
Create Strategic Account planograms and Seasonal VM Directive output
Maintain a working knowledge of UA Brand VM Standards and Seasonal Global Direction
Assist in further development of Visual Merchandising process internally and with external partners
Assist with Studio, Showroom & Retail Lab needs including management of samples
Partner Cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, Planning, Shop Development and External Wholesale Partners to ensure Merchandising Vision is fully executed
Assist with Field Servicing Special Projects as they relate to Visual Merchandising to bridge the gap between UA Corporate VM and Market Leadership
Participate in North American GTM (Go-to-Market) process
Assess our Competition, Monitor and report findings
Participate in Team Market Travel to evaluate Business Needs

Solid understanding of Visual Merchandising Principles and Retail Operations

Strong fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new trends into projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator required
Experience working in a 3D Rendering software a plus

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
Minimum 2 years retail experience with a Visual Merchandising focus
