Summary: 
The Director, Omnichannel Oversees, develops and deploys the retail digital Omnichannel strategy in partnership with retail operations, fulfillment, IT, marketing and merchandising to support an integrated best in class customer experience across various digital channels; articulates the value of Omnichannel to the enterprise. The Director defines the opportunity space for Omnichannel digital, as well as the vision, strategic framework, and specific solutions required to deliver against identified business challenges, consumer needs, and specific business and marketing goals. The Director is a visionary leader who "connects the dots" around business and consumer insights, and articulates digital concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling way.
This highly collaborative role interfaces heavily with internal team members and C-level throughout the strategy development process as well as execution. The Director leads cross-functional engagement teams across a range of complex project types with multiple components. These may include research and insights, valuation and business case development, establishing a vision, organizational design, process optimization, operational readiness, digital roadmap development, rationalizing communication channel decisions, future state visualizations
This role has direct impact to the success of the Under Armour Retail and E-commerce business unit as it drives increased synergies between the channels and also drives net new Omnichannel revenue.
Responsibilities: 
Develop Strategy
Develop and implement long and short-term strategies for Global DTC business, how to win as an Omnichannel brand for all sub-regions
Develop strategies to achieve tremendous growth in online retailing platform
Monitor overall health of the Omnichannel applications/program
Own, understand, and partner on forecasting KPIs related to Omnichannel, including initiative performance
Responsibility to partner with store operations and finance to review accreditation rules for omni sales and returns made in store matched with incentive policies to drive a best in class customer experience
Collaborating on Ecommerce Channel strategy, defining and executing on differences between Branded.com (UA.com), 3P (Amazon etc.), Wholesale.com (Dicks.com etc.) and O/O Retail
Lead digital first initiatives with a strong focus on business analysis, strategic and financial modeling, differentiated digital experiences, key digital capabilities and/or road mapping
Engage with partners to identify key strategic challenge(s) and business, marketing and digital needs to be addressed; evaluate scope of strategic engagement
Test digital hypotheses through research, scenario analysis, financial modeling and response forecasts
Create strategic and financial models to articulate business value
Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, decision-making
Lead strategic review of solution development; provide clear and timely feedback to ensure experiences, technology and marketing solutions are delivered on-strategy
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience
8-10 years Internet, marketing and/or management consulting experience with at least 7 years exclusively focused on the digital space
Education: MBA Required
B2C Experience at a BRAND a plus.
Knowledge of Supply Chain a plus.
Proven experience leading strategy and digital roadmap projects in a complex business and marketing environment
Experience playing a lead role in building strategic plans, tactical plans, and budgets
Strong understanding of user research, user-centered design principles and online consumer behavior
Excellent communication and presentation skills; dynamic (persuasive) in presenting ideas to VP to C-level
Must possess rigorous analytical disciplined approach as well as dynamic, abstract problem solving skills (get to the answer via both "inspiration" and "perspiration")
