As a UA Store Planning Manager, NA you will oversee the planning and execution of the shop programs for North America. This person will manage shop in shop & in-store fixture programs and store rollouts in new, remodel and relocation projects for various strategic and regional accounts. You will be instrumental in the flawless execution of strategic goals for winning at retail and the negotiations for space allocation. 
Manage the strategic planning and execution for account level store programs while ensuring alignment between external and internal teams.
Manage and deliver all project phases on time, on budget and within scope while following UA standards.
Respond to any problems or issues with a sense of urgency, collaborating swiftly and effectively to problem solve while leveraging sound business decisions.
Partner with Account Marketing to develop balanced budget plan for capital committee approval. Accountable for actual spend vs approved budgets, including review of all project change orders.
Partner with NA Visual Merchandising on directives, planograms, hero looks, and staying abreast of global merchandising tools.
Responsible for maintaining a balanced account level fixture inventory and forecasting for the quarterly fixture buy.
Work with external Visual, Store Planning/Design and Construction partners to negotiate and secure space, balance fixture and capacity needs, meet customers’ modularity needs, develop scope and drive in-store communication.
Lead weekly project management meetings with vendor partners to discuss detailed status of all current, upcoming and closed out projects.
Partner with CAD manager and 3rd Party architect on development of floor plan, capacity targets and fixture placement as well as communicating account guidelines.
Conduct account walkthroughs following rollouts for collective review from internal and external teams.
Requirements:
Strong background in project management.
Knowledge of retail store fixtures, signage and operational standards
Excellent history of communication at the corporate and store level
Experience in quick turn problem solving
Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple time sensitive projects
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) applications.
College Degree required
4-5 years of retail experience
