The Lead, GTM Performance Metrics will be part of the newly established go-to-market function reporting to the Sr. Director, Go-To-Market. This role will support cross-functional execution against GTM strategies, through the development, optimization and consistent delivery against scalable processes and operational rhythms. This individual will create and analyze the KPI metrics and data points to support accountability to the processes across functions and regions.
Responsible to create and manage overall GTM metrics in executive dashboards and reporting
Understand end-to-end GTM detailed process and interdependencies
Create seasonal master GTM calendars (GTM Gates + Key Milestones) & align with assigned GTM leads on their function / region specific GTM execution needs & timing
Identify potential system and tool needs for GTM tracking, reporting & dashboards
Manage and publish the status of GTM performance by season, function, region, category, etc.
Partner with GTM leads & Events Team on execution of key meetings, attendees, logistics, etc.
Ad-hoc projects to support GTM function as needed
Strong analytical skills and expertise to build data driven dashboards and reporting for KPIs
Proven cross functional business process and project management experience
Outstanding people and relationship skills and ability to interact with different levels of a cross-functional, international organization, consultative and collaborative style.
Highly organized - ability to prioritize & meet multiple deadlines in compressed timeframe situations with attention to detail.
Pragmatic problem solver with a strategic process and solutions oriented mindset.
Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
Education And/Or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
4+ years of experience within Analytics, Planning, Operations, Consulting for consumer goods.
In-depth knowledge of UA product and business processes preferred
