Summary
Under Armour is looking for a Sr. Designer, Apparel to focus on and elevate our Bra product. We are looking at design to lead the brand vision in Bras going forward. We need a self-motivated Sr. Designer that wants to be part of a fast evolving brand with significant career growth potential. You will work collaboratively with cross functional Apparel, Accessories and Color design teammates to create innovative and industry leading Bras.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Support a category of business from the design side, including work load and design direction.
Be a key partner in creating brand identity and distinctive UA apparel offerings with a creative and current design vision.
Design concepts for Bras and overall design direction: material, trim, color.
Develop and execute clear and detailed technical packages for development.
Ensure that the category meets price point, tells a strong merchandising story and meets development time lines.
Express ideas in a variety of ways including sketches, marker rendering, computer illustrations etc.
Provide product conceptualization and alternatives that meet the needs of the product as outlined by product marketing and the product brief.

Education and/or Experience
BFA or BID in Apparel or Industrial Design with 5+ years of experience
Excellent Mac computer skills with full proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. Other computer skills: Adobe InDesign, Alias sketchbook pro, 3D, Microsoft Office
Experience working with factories in Asia and ability to travel for development trips
