The Under Armour Global Ecommerce Team is currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst.  The Sr. QA Analyst will be responsible for developing solutions for testing and analysis of our global Ecommerce storefronts. The analyst will work in a collaborative team ensuring the delivery of business results, test case creation and execution, and training team members to adopt best practices for effective testing.  You will contribute towards ensuring an exceptional consumer experience by testing as a “user” to reduce the defect rate of shipped software as well as identifying major risks to the success of the project(s). You must demonstrate a passion for innovation, think like an analyst, and execute like an engineer; ideally you will have experience mentoring and working collaboratively with other QA, Engineering and Business partners and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.  The Sr. QA Analyst is an integral part of a passionate, focused and driven team that supports high impact projects that fuel our rapid growth by providing unparalleled service to deliver a great product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzes test strategies and test results and recommends course of action necessary to ensure standards demanded by Under Armour
Develop test cases, test plans and suites to validate our global Ecommerce storefronts.
Document testing processes, status and execution reports; communicate analysis, recommendations and alternatives to address existing and potential areas for improving QA team
Collaborate with QA Manager to triage and document technical issues, incorporating lessons learned into existing test plans and processes
Interface with QA testing team and SMEs to identify and prioritize areas for automation, define estimates and success criteria
Technical Attributes & Experience of Ideal Candidate:
BA/BS in Computer Science or Engineering discipline or 5+ years of QA experience
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Proven experience and knowledge working in an Agile environment.
Experience developing and manually executing test cases and test plans to apply against multiple devices and platforms (responsive web, mobile, native apps or PWA)
Unparalleled communication and organization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, prioritizing and executing multiple projects simultaneously
Driven towards developing and mentoring the team, building and documenting processes and researching tools
Experience with Cucumber or similar BDD automation framework a plus
Experience with Ecommerce applications; define critical path and dependencies is a plus
Internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) testing is a plus
Fluent in German or Spanish a plus
