Summary
Under Armour Retail is looking for a talented professional to join their team in Retail Merchandising for Brand House.  This role is a support function for the Retail Merchant Group. This individual will have the opportunity to partner and work cross-functionally with areas outside of Under Armour Retail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Daily:
Act as direct point of contact for all Brand House stores regarding pricing issues and questions, assist stores and give guidance as needed
Partner and work with cross functional teams (i.e. IT department) as appropriate to root cause and solve problems for stores as they arise
Execute price change & store price integrity
Enter, coordinate and maintain Retail Price files
Maintain assortment excel documents and master pricing files
Lead retail pricing communication to stores
Support Merchant in defining vision for respective categories
Responsible for analyzing and owning business, pull and analyze Ad hoc reporting to be shared during leadership meetings
Assist in ensuring calendars and timelines are met
Weekly:
Track distribution of weekly selling reports and Interpret weekly selling information to recommend strategy changes
Assist merchants w/ assortment planning
Update floor set documents for appropriate categories
Create and optimize product assortments that maximize potential for revenue and profit
Partner with cross-functional teammates to lead product vision from creation to execution in store.
Enter and maintain booking orders 
Monthly:
Order & maintain samples. 
Remain knowledgeable of consumer, trend, and competitive landscape
Create/update merchant visual boards
Define and implement category pricing strategy
Act as a true business leader, participate in monthly finance reviews, looking at state of business and assessing risks and opportunities from a financial perspective, work with planners to prepare and present at “Open to Buy”
Assist and work alongside the VM team to map new and expanding store layouts to include product and fixture placement
       Quarterly:
Responsible for presenting assortments for future seasons to leadership quarterly– this includes looking at new product lines and key investments that support previously determined seasonal strategies.
Assist merchants w/ floor set "walk through" analyses. 
Create and maintain seasonal assortment merchandise pages
