SUMMARY: 
The Head of Product Management - B2C is the glue that binds together many cross-functional teams at Under Armour, influencing every aspect of how our Ecommerce experience is envisioned, built, and executed. You will work with merchandising, engineering, experience design, customer service, marketing, operations, finance, legal and more to develop a product strategy and build consensus across these diverse functional teams. By leveraging our rich internal and external data sources, you will measure your success through a broad set of metrics such as engagement, retention, conversion, and other more granular metrics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
You plan and effectively communicate product vision to the cross-functional team, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
You own execution for UA.com and are responsible for near term goals with long term strategy.
You manage a team of product managers who are focused on different aspects of the consumer journey.
You have a high level of executive involvement, influencing strategy and direction
You are a key participant in the organizational structures needed to enable the larger team to both stay organized and execute with autonomy.
You are able to effectively persuade anyone within the organization to your point of view.
You are the go-to person for all strategic and tactical concerns and drive resolution.
You understand compliance requirements (PCI, Privacy, ADA, etc.) and the impact to our Ecommerce business.

You have experience working with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
You have experience working with remote vendors, teammates, and customers in other countries.
You have experience multi-tasking and problem solving.
You’re diligent in documenting and standardizing your work as necessary.
