Under Armour is placing an increased emphasis on end-to-end supply chain visibility and collaboration to improve service, visibility and drive lead time reduction. The Materials Supply Planning team is playing a key role in this initiative with the collaboration with the Tier 2 supply base. The Materials Supply Planning team is seeking a Sr. Manager to drive Under Armour’s end-to-end lead time reduction initiatives, manage Tier 1 & 2 supply chain commitments, control Tier 2 capacity and create projection visibility for suppliers to deliver on service targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage projections, capacities, commitments, communication and lead time Reduction initiatives with all Tier 2 suppliers
Lead Tier 2 fabric fill capacity planning, key program management, commitment issuing and tracking
Collaborate with sourcing and supply planning to support Tier 1 auto replenishment and core program lead time reduction initiatives
Communicate and present Tier 2 initiatives, KPI’s and issues in key leadership meetings
Manage the excess fabric liability resolution process with outlet, sourcing, materials, supply planning and FP&A
Lead collaborative supplier meetings with both Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to drive down lead times and eliminate capacity constraints to insure 95%+ On-Time delivery 
Lead Tier 2 long range planning and 3 year planning (3YP) initiatives
Identify seasonal key programs and drive lead time reductions within the seasonal portfolio.    
      Critical Skills
Technical/Functional Skills:  Has a strong analytical background and is comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.  Experience in supply chain management and/or planning is a plus. Must have the ability to complete root cause analysis on data sets and be able to make strategic recommendations.
Planning:  Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects.  Sets objectives and goals.  Breaks down work into the process steps.  Anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks.  Measures performance against goals, then evaluates results.
Drive for Results: Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully.  Is constantly and consistently one of the top performers.  Very bottom-line oriented.  Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
Process Management:  Good at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done.  Understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow.  Knows what to measure and how to measure it.  Can see opportunities for synergy and integration where others can’t.  Can simplify complex processes.

Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization software experience is a plus

Education and/or Experience
-           BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Operations or Related Field is required.
-           Industry experience in Apparel, Materials and/or Supply Chain is desired
-           Experience with Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization and/or Lead Time Reduction Initiatives is a plus
