Summary
Our team is searching for a talented Supply Chain Systems Lead / Analyst to drive systems solutions that support UA’s strategic initiatives and enable our supply chain teams to perform their jobs in a highly effective and efficient manner.  The ideal candidate will be able to quickly become an expert on supply chain systems / processes and be able to use this expertise to optimize how our systems support our teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop a deep level understanding of supply chain systems functionality including how the systems interact with each other.
Work closely with Supply Chain Process team to fully understand current processes and proposed process changes.
Work with various supply chain teams to: Gather requirements for proposed system enhancements
Provide feedback on viability and risks
Investigate solutions using standard functionality and propose alternatives where they exist
Escalate concerns to manager

Author and own Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).  These are the blue prints used by the technical teams for development. These FSDs should provide testing scenarios and should list out data needed for testing.

Work with IT Business Partners (ITBPs) to prioritize and track progress against enhancements. Attend monthly “Coaches” meetings
Work to ensure that the necessary supply chain enhancement owners are invited and present when needed.

Lead efforts of supply chain super users Provide forecasts of timing and workload for enhancement testing
Hold monthly touch base meetings
Assist in creating training / documentation for system changes & enhancements
Assist in leading training for system changes & enhancements
Ensure super users perform required testing in a thorough and timely manner (escalate any issues to manager)

Perform Functional Unit Testing (FUT) for enhancements. Provide early feedback to development teams that enhancements appear to be working as designed.  More thorough testing will be completed by super users.

Technical Skills:
Experience with SAP ERP (FMS or AFS) and SAP Web Intelligence (webi)
Proficient in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
Familiarity with planning software – Logility experience a plus
Familiarity with SQL
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years supply chain / analytical experience
Must have superior written and verbal communication skills. 
Travel:
Domestic and overseas travel as necessary
