Summary: As Lead, Commercial Digital Transformation and part of the strategic Go to Market Team you will own the use of virtual technology to support Under Armour’s GTM process execution through all regions and channels.  You will ensure the use of virtual technology during GTM is aligned on and understood by all functions and regions.  You will also be responsible for driving business requirements alignment to drive new virtual technology capabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Ownership of the application of virtual technology to support Under Armour’s GTM process & channel execution
Become the go-to resource for all topics relating to the use of virtual technology in the GTM process & channel execution
Drive alignment on where and when virtual technology is needed to support throughout the GTM process & channel execution
Drive workflows within business process and technology projects that involve expanding or implementing virtual technology within the GTM process & channel execution
Ensure coordination between cross-functional and cross-regional teams during GTM process as it pertains to virtual technology
Ensure teammates are trained on how to utilize virtual technology in the GTM process & channel execution
Help identify additional skillsets and technologies needed to support the integration of virtual technology into the GTM process and execution
Work with technology and business leadership to create multi-year plans for the continued development of Under Armour’s suite of virtual technology to support the GTM process
Act as the point of connection for the strategic GTM team to project involving virtual technology and its use in other areas of the business including Under Armour’s 3D Program
Attributes of Ideal Candidate: include but are not limited to the following:
Bachelor’s Degree
6+ years’ work experience in a high-growth dynamic operating environment
Experience with IT systems and system implementation
Experience working with both IT and non-IT business units
Experience in the Footwear/Apparel industry
Innovative mindset
Comfortable working with teammates at all levels of the organization
Digital Transformation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to clearly communicate thoughts appropriately to key stakeholders/clients
