The LIQUIDATION SALES ASSOCIATE MANAGER/OPERATIONS SUPPORT will work closely with the liquidation sales director and an integrated team of planning and logistics to strategically deliver sales and profitability against defined targets and set objectives.  To work within the best interest of our consumers, customers, Team
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills with an analytical mind coupled with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on their analysis
Candidate will possess extensive knowledge of UA’s reporting system and will be able to both mine inventory data and provide extensive sales reporting.  Strong data analytic skills.
PowerPoint presentation skills and the ability to deliver strong presentations to groups (1:1 and groups)
Ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of the business such as inventory planning, customer service & logistics.
Strong Interpersonal skills & demonstrable track record of good relationship building and influencing external business partners
Able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: include but are not limited to the following:
Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience
MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE: include but are not limited to the following:
Percentage sales and profit vs target set
Control and management of the order book, stock and cancellations
Customer margins and profitability
Product segmentation strategy
Customer satisfaction
