About the job

Under Armour is all about performance. Because what we make empowers athletes in every form to push themselves, to turn good into great, and to stay hungry for whatever comes next. And this is exactly what we expect from each other.
Working with us means one key thing: no matter what you do, you see every day and every project as a chance to push your field forward. In every store and every office, we build teams where everyone is an MVP. And together we tackle every challenge head on. Because we work to push the gear, the game, and ourselves farther.
We’re looking for people who do more than good work. We’re looking for the Best in Every Game.
Under Armour is the chosen brand of this generation of athletes... and the athletes of tomorrow. We're about performance - in training and on game day, in blistering heat and bitter cold. Whatever the conditions, whatever the sport, Under Armour delivers the advantage athletes have come to demand. That demand has created an environment of growth. An environment where building a great team is vital. An environment where doing whatever it takes is the baseline and going above and beyond to protect the Brand is commonplace. The world's hungriest athletes live by a code, a pledge to themselves and everyone else: Protect This House... I Will.  Our goal is to Build A Great Team!  Will YOU…Protect This House?!
COMPANY HISTORY AND VISION
Under  Armour (NYSE: UAA) is brand united by a relentless drive to keep getting better. The athletes they serve want to take their game to the next level, and Under Armour gives them the edge to achieve it. Like the athletes who represent them including Steph Curry, Misty Copeland, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, they’re resilient and hardworking, always innovating, never quitting. As soon as they reach the next level, they strive to go beyond it. They think like underdogs even when they’re hoisting trophies and winning medals, because they know that success today doesn’t guarantee success tomorrow. They remain humble and hungry.
As member of the University of Maryland football program, Kevin Plank grew frustrated with the heavy, sweat-soaked cotton T-shirts he and his teammates wore under their equipment. Knowing there had to be something better, Plank set out to create an alternative to the cotton T-shirt—one that could wick sweat and keep athletes cool, dry, and light. Upon graduation in 1996, Plank started to turn his idea into a reality and, as a result, transformed the way athletes dress.
With more than 22 years of providing athletes with the world’s most innovative performance apparel, footwear, and digital solutions to make them better, Plank now oversees a global company of 14,000 employees with total revenues of $5 Billion.
True to its vision, Under Armour inspires you with performance solutions you never knew you needed and can’t imagine living without…and they are just getting started.
