Under Armour is looking for an Associate Manager, Marketing Operations for a one year Maternity Leave contract. You will be the project management and operations lead for the Wholesale Marketing Team. You will be responsible for coordinating creative resources, projects and work flow to ensure the team is equipped to meet specific account goals; build brand and category growth and exceed customer expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Project Management
Create work back schedules for each project and track through a master project document to ensure all campaigns are executed on time and creative team workloads are properly managed.
Assist Marketing Managers in the development of in-store and digital creative briefs.
Manage relationship with production vendors on all print projects, from timeline and estimate development through on-time delivery and installation.
Manage large-scale cross-channel seasonal projects, such as in-store signage refreshes.
Act as the marketing main point of contact for independent accounts, supporting the sales team and owning smaller-scale projects as needed.
Marketing Operations
Attend weekly meetings with broader North America Marketing Team to ensure proper flow of information within region and sharing of best practices to make the team as efficient as possible.
Capture and consolidate seasonal marketing needs of the team at key milestones in the go-to-market process.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (planning, operations, customer service) to ensure globally advertised styles are adopted throughout the sell-in process and delivered prior to campaign launch.
Complete market travel on an on-going basis to ensure best in class retail execution and identify areas for improvement.
Administration
Plan, coordinate and participate in meetings as requested, including scheduling and communication, maintaining information and preparing and distributing materials, taking minutes and following up on action items
Own vendor payment process, including the creation of POs and approval tracking to ensure vendors are paid on time.
Manage office space seasonal revamp for seasonal sell-in meetings.
Provide support in execution of events and photoshoots.

Bachelor’s degree.
3-4 years post-graduate work experience.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple time sensitive projects.
Strong background in project management.
Experience working with creative teams.
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) applications, proficient use of Excel.
