Summary / About this role:
The Global Endpoint Security Analyst is responsible for implementing a robust global strategy to protect our user and server endpoints. The right candidate will maintain the suite of tools that will protect our endpoints, while on and off the corporate network. The analyst will develop an endpoint management strategy that will include deploying and continuously updating the policies and signatures for these tools. Additionally, there should be a process to collect alert logs from the tool suite and develop a strategy to monitor, triage and mitigate these alerts.
Responsibilities:
Develop a strategy for global endpoint protection
Identify, deploy and manage tool suite to protect endpoints on and off the network
Develop strategy for continuous updates to endpoint signature and agent
Develop plan to ensure tool suite is deployed and maintained on all relevant assets
Deploy alerting, triaging and mitigation playbooks for relevant security events
Develop incident documentation process
Maintain strong vendor relationship to include off-hours support and procurement.
Qualifications:
5+ years of cyber security experience
Working knowledge of popular Endpoint Detection Tools
Working knowledge of popular SIEM Tools
Experience working with an Incident Response Team
Strong relationship building ability
Strong project management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or work-related discipline from an accredited college or university. Equivalent experience considered.
