Summary:
In this role, you will lead a large, cross-functional team to develop and execute the strategy for North America third party e-commerce, a strategic growth business at Under Armour. This includes the management of global relationships (as appropriate), aligned to Under Armour’s global account management policies. 
Ultimately, you own delivering the top and bottom line results of the business, adjusting strategy when appropriate based on our company vision and mission, executing / providing oversight on various in-flight initiatives, and creating new strategies / processes to support platform growth and overall operational effectiveness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Sr. Director, Third Party Ecommerce include the following (note that other duties may be assigned):
Set Strategy:
You will need to evaluate the competitive landscape and marketplace dynamics to develop a strategy to enable the mid-to-long term growth of Under Armour in the strategic third party ecommerce channel in North America. This includes developing a 3-5 year financial outlook (full P&L), determining the strategic areas of focus to support the achievement of the plan across a range of timeframes (e.g., quarterly, annually, 3YP), and taking an iterative approach to strategic planning grounded in best available internal and external information.
Allocate Resources & Deliver the Plan:
You will be responsible for the effective allocation of resources across marketing, product, trade spend and Under Armour personnel to support Under Armour’s business objectives in the channel.  Delivering the top and bottom line plan will depend significantly on this individual’s ability to determine the appropriate resource allocation and influence across the organization, given Under Armour’s matrixed structure. As a result, the ability to present a well-articulated plan and communicate to a broad group of stakeholders is paramount.
Develop the Team:

B.A required, MBA or other graduate degree a plus
Responsibility for team of 10+ and P&L ownership ($XXXM+)
Significant Ecommerce selling experience (wholesale model, on market-leading platforms preferred)
