The company was founded on a product that differentiated Under Armour from the rest of the performance brands.  As a part of the product team, we have the ability to solve athlete needs and help make all athletes better through innovation and design. Through the product engine, it is our job to help drive the athlete forward and create a unique aesthetic that is identifiably Under Armour.
•Create strategic vision and plan for the category
•Accountability & responsibility for building the Under Armour Football Accessory & Apparel Product Range
•Manage full Product Life Cycle – from Seasonal Line Planning, through Design and Development process, to Production and Delivery
•Provide insight, influence and leadership to define market requirements (features and functions)
•Define product marketing requirements and manage the development process by translating user testing, sales and customer support feedback into feature/function requirements
•Be the expert on the US Football consumer
•Work with Cross Functional team (Sales, Merchandising, Marketing) to ensure execution of compelling, comprehensive GTM strategy
•Work closely with sports marketing and brand to ensure our products and athletes are in the appropriate footwear
•Drive Data Integrity for development systems to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date
•Product management experience
•Strong presentation skills
•Ability to multi-task across categories and functions
•Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
•Understanding of data systems and programs, including but not limited to; Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Centric
•Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of related work experience
