Under Armour is looking for a qualified, driven Assistant Graphic Designer - Apparel. The Assistant Graphic Designer – Mens & Boys will be responsible for assisting with bringing the vision of the Brand to life through innovative, trend-right and Brand-right designs that are cutting-edge and fresh. The Assistant Graphic Designer will collaborate with other product designers, graphic designers, product managers and developers. We are an authentic brand that pushes the envelope every day; innovation is a key part of our success. We are looking for an Assistant Graphic Designer who is willing to learn and develop a strong point of view built on inspirations and ideas to create compelling and fresh product coveted by athletes everywhere.
What will I do at UA?
Support the Product Creation Team
Assist with the creation of Graphics – graphics, prints, and presentations
Assist with Art Packs - creation of print ready art for factories
Assist with Trend- assess trends and report findings
Assist with Production and Presentations
What does UA need from me?
Critical Skills/Experience/Attributes:
An open attitude to learn and collaborate
Humble, hungry and a good team player. No egos!
An obsessive attention to detail; but you are fast, efficient, & nimble.
Ablility to work in a constantly shifting environment and open to constructive feedback and input.
Good communication and presentation skills
An understanding of and connection with the athletic culture
What does UA need from me?
BA or BFA in Graphic Design
2-4 years of Design experience required, preferably in the sports industry
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related Adobe CC suite of applications
Knowledge and understanding of graphic applications
The ability to comfortably present in front of a large audience
