SUMMARY:
The Global Talent Aquisition Specialist will be based in one of our regional headquarters and will provide Talent Acquisition support via project management and recruiting to the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition and our regional partners. This is a hybrid role, consisting of 60% project management, and 40% candidate sourcing and screening. Due to the complexity of supporting countries outside the US, this role will require a flexible work schedule to accommodate various time zones.
Competition for great talent in the athletic shoe and apparel space is fierce, so being resourceful, organized, and able to think creatively is critical. Our candidates are our customers, so upholding a fantastic candidate experience should be important to you while also ensuring you are a dutiful gatekeeper.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Project Management
Partner with regional HRBP team, to assess current business state as it relates to TA policies, practices, and tools.
Identify areas of improvement and work with TA Delivery leadership to prioritize projects.
Create and maintain project trackers, communication plans, and TA reports.
Process mapping by region where appropriate
Prioritize work and advise the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition of progress
Travel to regions as needed to conduct training for new Recruiter(s) and/or make progress on existing projects
Flexibility in work schedule to support work and regional teams outside of base location

Talent Sourcing & Recruiting
Partner with regional HRBP team, hiring partners, and leaders to identify talent sourcing needs.
Manage talent sourcing process from specification through submittal stage for UA requisitions within assigned regional offices, 
Partner with, educate and consult with hiring managers on recruiting process, strategy and expectations.
Partner with regional counsel to ensure the hiring process and/or hiring managers comply with Under Armour policies and procedures and with local employment laws and regulations.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about company and position.
Prepare candidates for interviewing with Under Armour and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions and expectation setting.
Utilize proactive, creative and cost-effective recruitment methods to attract and source candidates including leveraging online recruiting resources, applicant tracking system and driving internal teammate referrals.
Leverage Talent Acquisition Program Offices to build comprehensive hiring strategies including Employment Branding, University Programs, Executive, Global Mobility and Contingent Workforce Management. 
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience., and 2+ years’ relevant professional work experience; experience in corporate recruiting preferred.
Experiencein a high growth, fast-paced environment
Successfultrack record in building and maintaining relationships (confidence and credibility)
Strongcandidate assessment skills.
Prior SuccessFactors (ATS) experience preferred, any ATS experience is a bonus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
