SUMMARY:
As Senior Lead, Commercial Digital Transformation and part of the global Commercial Optimization Team you will develop and implement the new, holistic Under Armour global sell-in experience merging digital and analog elements along the Go-to-market (GTM) process. You will own the use of virtual technology to support Under Armour’s GTM process execution through all regions and channels and ensure the use of virtual technology during GTM is aligned on and understood by all functions and regions. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include but are not limited to the following:
Develop and implement the concept for a revolutionary digital sell-in process in collaboration with the 3D team
Work with technology and business leadership to create multi-year plans for the continued development of Under Armour’s suite of virtual technology to support the GTM process
Create and document the strategies, objectives, and tactics to achieve the goals within the digital sell-in process.
Ensure sustainable implementation of new digital sell-in process via global change management and training approach
Help identify additional skillsets and technologies needed to support the integration of virtual technology into the GTM process and execution
Ownership of the application of virtual technology to support Under Armour’s GTM process & channel execution
Coordinate external vendor selection for digital sell-in process, co-own the relationship with vendor and support contract negotiations
Become the go-to business resource for all topics relating to the use of virtual technology in the GTM process & channel execution
Ensure coordination between cross-functional and cross-regional teams during GTM process as it pertains to virtual technology
Act as the point of connection for the strategic GTM team to project involving virtual technology and its use in other areas of the business including Under Armour’s 3D Program
ATTRIBUTES OF IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Include but are not limited to the following:
Bachelor’s Degree,
8+ years’ work experience in a high-growth dynamic operating environment
Experience in the Footwear/Apparel industry in Sales or Operations role
Additional experience as Management Consultant preferred
Digital Transformation experience
Change Management experience
Results-oriented with exemplary analytical and organizational skills and a passion for details
 “Start-up” mindset: flexible, self-motivated and driven
Comfortable working with teammates at all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
