Summary
Under Armour is looking for a Sr. Design Manager of Apparel Innovation, with a special focus on athletic Bra product. We are looking for a designer capable of leading the brand vision and problem solving in this critical area. We need a self-motivated individual that wants to be part of a fast-evolving brand with significant career growth potential. You will work collaboratively with cross functional Apparel, Footwear, Digital & Accessories teammates to create innovative and industry leading Bras.
       Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•     Manage innovation platforms from the design side, inclusive of work load, design direction and problem-solving.
•     Be a key partner in creating new visual identities for products and platforms, with an emphasis on functional applications of materials and methods-of-make which solve meaningful problems for athletes.
•     Present apparel innovation concepts in a storytelling manner which both explain product and platform benefits while also making a memorable experience 
•     Develop and execute clear and detailed technical packages for development.
•     Ensure projects meet performance metrics, have a clear POV, and meet development time lines.
•     Express ideas in a variety of ways including sketches, marker rendering, flat illustrations and 3-d models/renderings.

Education and/or Experience
•     BFA or BID in Apparel or Industrial Design with 5+ years of experience
•     Excellent Mac computer skills with full proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. Other computer skills: Adobe InDesign, Alias sketchbook pro, 3D, Microsoft Office
•     Experience working with factories in Asia and ability to travel for development trips
