Responsible for ensuring timely, accurate and comprehensive reporting, analytics and general management of key performance metrics across the Supply Chain.  Coordinate root cause analysis and understanding of supply chain performance holistically to drive Global War Room, S&OP, and Execute S&OP in support of the  of the Supply Chain Leadership team.  Give early visibility to service performance and risks, allowing for timely decision-making, risk mitigation, and margin optimization for Regional and Global Supply Chain Leadership. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Define and standardize Global Supply Chain KPIs.  Help establish targets, benchmarks, and trending data across all performance metrics.   
Create global reporting standards and timelines and hold teams accountable to staying aligned to outlined standards. 
Work within the supply chain to identifying service risk, drive PO improvement, and root cause analysis to explain supply chain performance both internally within the team and at leadership meetings in support of Supply Chain Leaders
Drive alignment and agreement on fill rate metrics and root cause analysis by both regional and global teams ahead of each S&OP cycle Create global service summary to be delivered in Execute S&OP forum

 Run a robust weekly Global War Room that coordinates global supply chain and operations functions, and creates the appropriate visibility, focus and conversation to be meaningful for each region
Create focus on the GTM process within the supply chain to ensure success of key launches and brand drivers globally. 
Work cross functionally with the rest of the Supply Chain Optimization team as it relates to both process and system optimization efforts. 
Stay closely aligned with the BI organization and all supply chain BI super users to drive delivery of new reporting, prioritization, training and best practice sharing.
Lead and groom a team of high performing analysts who will contribute to the above goals and responsibilities. 
Support ad-hoc analysis and accountability reporting within the supply chain as needed.

Problem Solving: Able to synthesize complex information into critical insights to help drive better decision making within the supply chain This relates to supply chain performance across a wide range of responsibility from development/sourcing Buy Ready all the way to in region logistics and operations Service Levels and Fill Rates. 

Analytical: Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; 
Communication: Can easily communicate with diverse group of supply chain teammate and leaders to ensure agreement and alignment on KPI process, metrics and timelines.   Also needs to create and present summaries of complex data and analysis to share with executives at forums such as Executive S&OP, Supply Chain Leadership Forum, and Supply Chain 6QTR ROPR.   
Business Acumen: Must understand connections between supply and demand and the cause and effect that a change in each has on the other.  This understanding is essential to managing the supply chain service and delivery performance. 
Technical Skills: Possesses advanced skills in data collection & manipulation; strong command with SAP BI tools, Excel, SQL, data querying tools.
Management:  Must be able to manage a team, focusing on support, development and oversight of a wide portfolio of day to day responsibilities by each teammate.  As a manager must set work priorities that drive the team
Teamwork: Balances team and individual responsibilities; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests. Proven leadership skills.
Proven success facilitating meetings that motivate the team, encourage participation, remain on topic, and generate expected outcomes.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Bachelor’s Degree
7+ years work experience in an analytical setting
3+ years managing a team of diverse skill sets
Strong business acumen 
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in Excel and all Microsoft applications
Minimal, as required
