To help achieve this goal, we are building a world-class Financial Planning and Analysis team whose focus will be developing core competencies in the areas of strategy development, ROI measurement, and short & long-range planning.
The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis – Brand Marketing will be a critical member of the Global Marketing FP&A team reporting directly to the Senior Director of FP&A – Global Marketing.  This position will be an integral business partner supporting the Global Brand Marketing Leadership Team, forecasting and optimizing short & long-term Marketing spend, and enabling good decision-making through financial analysis.
Specific Responsibilities
Provide financial leadership, budget management, investment analytics and strategic support for Global Brand Marketing Leadership team.
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning/forecasting process.
Help set business objectives for Marketing programs and drive accountability to business results.
Promote ROI culture and connection of investment to revenue by measuring effectiveness of Marketing programs and drive cost savings initiatives.
Drive long-range planning process anchored in the company’s growth objectives and strategies.
Provide visibility to the financial impact of opportunities and risks arising between quarterly updates to ensure they are incorporated into Corporate FP&A’s EPS forecast.
Lead monthly accounting close process/requirements for dedicated area.
Supervise direct report(s).
BA/BS required.  MBA strongly preferred.
7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Business Analysis.
Consumer products experience preferred.
Team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence others outside of their direct-reporting lines.
Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, cash flow valuation, scenario/sensitivity analysis
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, results of financial analysis, and actionable recommendations.
Solid understanding of Accounting rules and regulations
SAP/BPC experience a plus.
