SUMMARY:Senior Manager with a focus on operations at the Under Armour Global Headquarters and other corporate facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversees Visitor/VIP reception and phone operations through a team of receptionists and in coordination with security, events and hospitality teams.
Manages multiple food service venues that are operated by a third party under contract to deliver world class subsidized food service to Under Armour teammates and guests.
Manages multiple fitness venues that are operated by a third party under contract to delivery an elite fitness experience for teammates, guests, elite athletes, visitors and members of the public.
Manages Custodial operations at multiple Under Armour properties throughout Baltimore.
Manages teammate services such as Car Detailing and other concierge services.
Coordination and Support to meetings & presentations in key venues at the UA Global Headquarters and other corporate properties.
Provide day to day operational management of the UA Studios and Arena venues.
Constantly review the performance of all services and develop strategies for continuous improvement of all partners and programs.
Assists Senior Facility Manager with other key facility management programs including property management, move management, Facility Activation, Waste Management, preventative and corrective maintenance.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise 5 receptionists at multiple locations and 1 Venue Services Coordinator.
COMPETENCIES:The Sr. Manager, Operations is expected to understand and demonstrate a commitment to support the mission of Under Armour.  Specifically, the facility manager will:
Deliver transformational thinking in the development of strategies to improve our business and service to teammates and guests.
Ensure teammate are supported by reliable, well run, and well utilized facilities services.
Ensure company assets are operated and maintained in a cost-effective manner while providing a safe, clean, compliant work environment.
Develop budgets, controls costs, Leverage organization skills, problem solving, and creative thinking to resolve escalated issues, drives continuous process improvement and team development in a dynamic environment.
Provide regular performance feedback, development and coaching to direct reports.
Ensure that all programs comply with regulations related to the operation of the facilities.
Personally model and promote safety and customer service.
Track operations activities, costs and results for reporting.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in Facility or Operations management and/or High School degree and 10+ years experience in Facility or Operations management.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be detail oriented, people person, able to prioritize tasks, multi-task and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines. Must be able to problem-solve quickly and efficiently while upholding the image of the Brand.
