Under Armour is seeking a strategic and visionary industry-veteran to lead all aspects of Merchandising for the Women’s & Girls Training category. This individual will be responsible for anticipating consumer needs, understanding the market landscape, and building a plan for category growth. A successful leader will build a thoughtful line architecture, establish meaningful and differentiated product segmentation strategies, create a robust go-to-market plan, and communicate and align with all Global category partners to drive the category forward.
•Manage all aspects of Merchandising for one of the largest strategic growth categories – Women’s & Girls Train
•Own line architecture and accountability for SKU productivity and line efficiency
•Partner with product and planning  teams to set the seasonal merchandising strategies
•Be the expert on the marketplace and trend to anticipate consumer needs and preferences
•Lead the global product segmentation, channel differentiation, assortments, and go-to-market strategies for the regions
•Work closely with Product Line Management, Marketing, Planning and Sales to effectively drive sales, create a great customer experience, and increase market share
•Be responsible for setting initial price bands and promotional guardrails
•Share accountability for Global Revenue, SKU productivity, and sell-through for the category
•Collaborate with cross-functional executives to align big stories, drive product assortment, and deliver consistent stories across the globe
•Lead and build a team while communicating vision, inspiring performance, and developing talent 
•Consolidate feedback from markets and channels, both qualitative and quantitative, into actionable follow-up for Product teams
•A proven track record of building strong teams with great results. History of attracting great talent. A best-in-class approach to building and delivering product.
•Deep subject matter knowledge of merchandising.
•Dynamic leader and influencer who can thrive and rise in a rapidly changing, matrixed environment.
•Smart, creative, compelling, driven. Not afraid to lead others past their comfort zone(s). Creates a sense of urgency.
•Ability to listen, discern and respect the beliefs of team mates.

•10+ years of merchandising experience in a fast-paced, product-oriented, consumer-driven company, can show proven career growth and increased responsibility.
•BA required, MBA preferred but not mandatory.
•International development travel required as needed on seasonal basis.
