Summary
As Senior Manager, Service Delivery - Product Applications and part of the Product Technology Team you will drive development and support of Under Armour's full suite of product applications.  This includes but is not limited to applications used for PLM, Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, Design, 3D, and Materials Management.  The role is accountable for designing, building, pricing, and enhancing all product applications, as well as service delivery and support.
You will work closely with BRMs, IT Leadership, and Functional Area Leadership to understand the business outcomes of the service, and with architects, technology brokers, and external service providers to understand the underlying technologies and to develop the best possible suite of product applications.
You must have strong leadership, management, communication skills (verbal and written), strong interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to quickly improvise.  This position requires working in a fast-paced environment supporting tremendous growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Single point of engagement for demand planning and demand management conversations with business partners around their needs for specific capabilities
Reviews business requests for system enhancements and undertakes cost evaluation, drives solution architecture discussions, and owns release planning
Meets with solutions architects to discuss impact of new technologies and the architecture roadmap
Partner with software vendors and functional BPOs/SMEs to develop technology solutions that will provide the desired business capabilities
Manages release cadence including requested enhancements, defects, and projects
Manage resource allocation for the Product Applications team ensuring the team is supporting critical initiatives and driving continuous delivery
Ensure all product applications are supported day-to-day including task and incident resolution - consistently strives to reduce incoming tasks and incidents
Manage relationships with technology vendors and third party development contractors
Guides continuous improvement efforts for product applications
Lead solution architecture and implementation for PLM systems
Developing annual budgets and forward projections (software, service contracts)
Partner with solution, domain, and enterprise architects to create and execute the strategy and roadmap for product applications
Work collaboratively with other IT Service Delivery Managers and IT Project Managers to ensure work required of the Product Applications team is understood and completed on-time and on-budget
Management Responsibilities
This role manages the Product Applications team made up of internal and external resources.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
Master's Degree, in IT-related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in an IT role
Minimum 5 years of experience with personnel management
Minimum 5 years of experience with vendor management
Minimum 5 years of experience with IT project management
Experience managing large IT budgets
ITIL foundations, Agile training, PMP or other industry certifications preferred
