SUMMARY
Member of the Payroll team that will support Under Armour’s internal and external payroll processes.  This individual will assist the Payroll Director and current Payroll Lead in overseeing payroll, payroll tax, and timekeeping processes to ensure accurate payment delivery and recording.  In this role, the individual will be the subject matter expert on all payroll functions such as leading the quarterly and annual filing process and overseeing the timekeeping functions.  This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and offers career development opportunities to the right candidate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Lead daily payroll, payroll tax, and timekeeping department operations utilizing ADP Globalview (SAP)
•Assist with review and audit of the US & Canada biweekly and weekly payrolls
•Oversee weekly timesheet processing utilizing Kronos and eTime timekeeping systems
•Responsible for accurate periodic and quarterly ADP tax filings and year-end w2 statements
•Support system integrations and upgrades using ADP Globalview (SAP) and Kronos Timekeeping
•Monitor and review weekly and biweekly timekeeping files to ensure proper balancing
•Review and approve weekly and biweekly payroll tax reconciliations
•Work with General Ledger team on payroll accounting streamlining efforts
•Review adjustments and other Miscellaneous files, e.g., stock, relocation, bonus and commissions
•Assist with training and team development
•Review and periodically update payroll, timekeeping and leave policies and procedures
•Support internal and external payroll and labor reporting requests
•Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state and local law as well as internal and external compliance
•Lead internal and external audits (i.e. workers comp, 401k)
•Interpret new legislation impacting payroll and labor
•Assist manager and peers with additional tasks as needed
CRITICAL SKILLS:
•Attention to detail
•CPP or FPC preferred
•ADP Globalview (SAP)
•Kronos timekeeping
•Strong knowledge of payroll best practices
•Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations as it pertains to employee withholdings
•Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
 QUALIFICATIONS:
•CPP or FPC
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
•4-6 years of processing high volume payroll and labor
•SAP Payroll and Kronos timekeeping experience a plus
•High School diploma and 4-6 years’ experience processing multi-state payroll.  Prior Payroll/Accounting experience is necessary
COMPUTER SKILLS:
•SAP Payroll experience a plus
•Working knowledge of ADP Enterprise and ADP Reporting
