The Lead, Global Social Operations helps to facilitate key connection points, meetings and processes to drive success for our social media operations. You will also serve as a key point of contact for our Social and Media as we roll new initiatives and platforms internally, and consumer facing across the globe.  
Enablement and relationship management for social tech partnerships
Owning the strategy and guidelines for community management and social listening for UA brand and UACF
Leading social content integration into our DTC platforms and developing and owning password and security protocol + best practices around publishing, tagging, copy etc.
Drive collaboration between social team and act as an integrator cross-functionally
5-7 Years’ experience
Detailed understanding of social ad products and marketing tactics across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest
Experience with Facebook Audience Network, Google AdWords or other social bidding platforms
Strong quantitative skills and comfortable working in Excel
Past success working in a matrixed organization
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Experience with Sprinklr, DCM + Omniture preferred
