GENERAL SUMMARY
The Global Retail Program Management Office (PMO) is looking for an expert Project Lead, capable of running high level cross functional and executive projects. This role’s central duty is to help ensure all projects are set up for success throughout their lifecycle. The Project Lead will develop realistic and detailed timelines, hold teammates accountable on a variety of cross functional tasks and deliverables, and update projects and reports in Workfront to maintain a strong line of communication throughout the Global Retail team.
The successful candidate is self-motivated, quick-thinking, able to pivot when necessary, thorough, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization. This position requires an analytical and creative approach to project management and the ability to effectively interact with a wide range of stakeholders with varying, sometimes conflicting concerns, incorporating those concerns for the benefit of the project. This is a demanding and fast-paced position that requires someone who is proactive, detailed and a problem solver.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESQuickly become a Workfront power user. This includes an expert level understanding of the platform functionality from an end user perspective, as well as troubleshooting and support questions from cross functional teammates.
Collaborate with key subject matter experts across Global Retail teams to plan and execute simultaneous projects.
Monitor, report, and lead scope, resources, scheduling, budgets and tracking as well as development of projects.
Provide meaningful and impactful input in all stages of the project lifecycle.
Drive cross functional alignment on broad team based initiatives.
Develop custom reporting and dashboards in Workfront to deliver insights to key management and leadership.
Lead cross functional meetings around project planning, progress reporting, or changes in scope.
Obtain necessary approvals from required departments by initiating and planning internal review meetings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Direct work experience coordinating/trafficking multiple projects in the fast-paced marketing, advertising, design, and/or communications industry.
Knowledge of practical aspects of project management.
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
PMP certification – preferred
Familiarity with Workfront Project Management software or similar – preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing as required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
Flexibility to manage competing priorities and shift focus as determined by the changing needs of the business
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and act quickly and decisively
EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree and/or 2+ years of project management experience within a global organization. Proven ability to drive results through effective communications
