SUMMARY: 
Under Armour’s Treasury Department is looking to hire a Senior Professional with responsibility for a wide range of Treasury initiatives to support the company’s global growth and operations.  This position is based in Baltimore, Maryland and reports to the Director, Capital Markets and Liquidity Management – Global Treasury. This position will work closely with internal departments, as well as with various financial institutions.  The Senior Professional will be responsible for assisting Treasury initiatives aimed at increasing the scalability and automation of Global cash management operations.  The Senior Professional will work to assist the treasury team in daily operations by getting involved in prior-day cash reconciliations, daily cash positions, and cash forecasting. Position requires close coordination with local & international Under Armour teams, banks, and other financial services partners.  Other responsibilities will include ad hoc support for new business initiatives. 
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
Global Cash Operations & Liquidity:
Responsible for maintaining appropriate cash balances across all global accounts by initiating cash transfers as necessary based on target positions and minimizing FX exposures Support intercompany funding based on needs of regions

Process owner of Treasury-related transactions – execute with accuracy, timeliness and monitor successful delivery
Process owner for bank account management including, but not limited, to: opening and closing of all bank accounts
administering security across all banking platforms
enforcing policy related to entitlement requests
providing regular status updates to internal partners
maintaining global bank signatory list
assist in bank fee analysis
recommend and/or improve cash pooling structures

Responsible for building and enhancing global cash dashboards for Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners Be the initial point of contact to resolve issues

Owner of the short term cash forecast: Maintain the model by entering prior day cash positions and activity
Make recommendations to improve the process and model as necessary
Partner directly with cross-functional teammates to gather necessary inputs
Anticipate and plan for future commitments (tax payments, I/C activity and settlements, sports marketing payments, rent. etc.)
Call-out and summarize significant deviations from forecast
Make weekly borrowing recommendations

Monitor for fraudulent transactions and proactively protect the Company from such action
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies and lead key cash related initiatives on behalf of the Global Treasury Team
Assist and Support Mid and Long Term Cash forecasts
Maintain, update & improve treasury management system
Working Capital/Capital Markets Analysis:
Assist Senior Manager on major Treasury initiatives/deliverables including: Credit Rating Agency Supprt
Weighted Average Capital Calculatin (WACC)
Finance Cmmittee quarterly presentation
Supply Chain Finance Analysis and ther Working Capital opportunities

Critical Skills:
Strong skills in Excel and quick learner of new IT Systems
Demonstrates consistent ability to meet strict corporate deadlines – able to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy
Builds positive relationships and demonstrates excellent communication skills and reliability when working with internal and external partners
Demonstrates ability to understand cash-related issues that arise- proposes solutions and follows through on implementation
Seeks to challenge the status quo and suggests opportunities for efficiencies and/or automation
Proven ability to analyze large quantities of data
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with little oversight
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Treasury Management Systems, “Reval” a plus
Familiarity with international transactions and various currencies
PowerPoint & presentation experience
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2-7 years Treasury experience or combination of general accounting and finance experience
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
Highly motivated
