Come join our growing team! We have a new role opening up and this new member of the Payroll team will support Under Armour’s internal and external payroll processes. This individual will process US weekly and US biweekly payroll for 12,000 employees utilizing ADP Globalview. This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and offers career development opportunities to the right candidate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Process biweekly and weekly payroll for US and Canada utilizing ADP GlobalView SAP•Perform daily payroll department operations such as garnishment administration and new hire tax setup•Maintain and document all payroll records and payroll processes•Responsible for accurate entry of payroll master file•Monitor weekly and biweekly time and attendance files for accuracy•Upload adjustments and other Miscellaneous files, e.g., stock, relocation, bonus and commissions•Utilize Payroll Processing checklists to ensure all transactions and audits are performed•Run and distribute weekly/biweekly payroll reporting •Process off-cycle payment requests as needed •Understand proper taxation of teammate compensation and paid benefits•Working knowledge of Federal and State rules as it pertains to employee/employer taxes•Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary (W-2, W-2C, etc)•Maintain, track and coordinate Garnishment processing in conjunction with ADP Garnishment Services•Assist with maintaining payroll files (i.e. Payroll reports, CD’s, biweekly update files)•Respond to teammate email and phone inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns•Assist manager with additional tasks as neededCRITICAL SKILLS:
•Attention to detail•ADP GlobalView SAP•Excel expert•Strong organizational skills•Working knowledge of payroll best practices•Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations as it pertains to employee withholdings•Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skillsQUALIFICATIONS:
•FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) a plus
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
•1-3 years of processing multi-state payroll•ADP Globalview experience a plus•High School diplomaCOMPUTER SKILLS:
