SUMMARY
Serves as technical support to Distribution in areas of software such as Warehouse Management System (WMS), Warehouse Management Order processing systems and other Distribution Center systems and hardware. Act as liaison across the DH’s to ensure compliance with overall systems standards and controls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
May include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ensure consistency in utilization of Under Armour’s order processing process across the distribution network and identify process change improvements to support system utilization and accuracy
Understand the system/process design and how it impacts work flow across the DH’s and internally in each DH.
Test system capabilities and conduct testing on existing system set-up to eliminate potential errors and recommend alternatives
Drive consistency and alignment across the DH’s and provide training on best practices and operating procedures
Increase knowledge of system across the network while providing support to users on system capabilities
Contribute to ongoing business process development
Provide immediate response to end-user requests for business process help and basic system navigation questions
Train system users on current and modified business work flow, cycle and impact.
Understand the system, product distribution practices and how it drives customer orders
Identify and communicate changes across the network to include volume, system changes, process changes and/or work flow distribution
Monitor process for performance gaps and improvements
Work with distribution team members to identify and report current trends and communicate and develop improvement strategies
Decide on and make informed decisions on process work flow and process changes that meet or exceed customer expectations
Based on customer needs determines best process regarding scheduling, processing, and shipping
OTHER DUTIES
May include, but are not limited to, the following:
Demonstrates willingness to train and assist cross-functionally in other areas of the DH.
May work in various departments as needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None; this position has no direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE/CRITICAL SKILLS
3+ years Warehouse Management Systems
Strong PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office software
Advanced query development skills
Strong analytical skills in relationship to business logic and processes
Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure
Strong foundation in Distribution Center processes
Ability to independently drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge and relationships and apply technical alternatives while operating in a rapidly changing business environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in team communication and working as an effective member of a team.
Superior analytical skills to think through complex, multidimensional problems.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent or continuous standing, lifting, walking and bending.
May frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds overhead.
Vision abilities depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The essential functions of the job are usually performed indoors and may rarely be performed outdoors, including during both hot and cold weather. Work performed will be near or involving moving mechanical equipment. Work may be performed at heights of up to 50 feet.
