Summary:
The Corporate Real Estate team oversees the strategic planning, transaction management, real estate development, and facilities management of office, warehouse, production, and other spaces to support Under Armour’s mission that “Under Armour makes you better.” 
The Space & Occupancy Planner is responsible for managing the supply, capacity, and demand of UA’s global portfolio of office space (Retail is not included).  Within that context, the S&O Planner can answer:  how much space is currently available, what are the forecasted headcount projections by business unit, and what actions are required to support the desired staffing levels by location.  This teammate provides a single point of contact for space planning questions, and an initial point of contact for new hire and move management needs.
Responsibilities:
Space Planning
Develop space allocation plans, options and schematic plans to meet short and long-term master plan initiatives for corporate office space.
Support the development of test fits and space allocation studies.
Perform headcount/space allocation analyses and provides detailed and accurate reports for review. Prepare Excel spreadsheets, Pivot Tables and PowerPoint presentations to report findings.
Provides graphic stacking diagrams by location, by building and by floor.
Applies knowledge to forecast space requirements based on verified existing space information, forecasted space supply/demand and growth projections. Provides metrics around current and future space needs.
Ensures occupancy-planning activities are aligned with corporate guidelines and consistently proposes scenarios that maximize use of space.
CAFM System Integrity
Primary responsibility for maintenance of accurate employee data and building drawings in CAFM system (iOffice).
Ensure floor plans are up to date by conducting space audits.
Reviews AutoCAD drawings, updates, and/or changes to existing facilities
Provide Updated CAD plans to iOffice to maintain accurate and up to date CAFM system information
Coordinates with CRE Design team to establish global drawing standards for integration of architectural drawings into CAFM.
Receives and integrates all new global facility drawings into CAFM from UA external partners.
Supports information exchange and reporting to CRE Controls team for Power BI reporting
New Teammate Setups
Communicate with HR Business Partners and team managers to set up new hires.
Delegate and coordinate with IT and Facilities support for a smooth set up.
Move Management
Support Facilities with coordinating and managing all campus moves utilizing CAFM software.
Meet with internal departments to manage space requirements, reorganization updates, project move planning, systems and ancillary furniture relocations and assignments
Assists in the development of organization restacks, migration plans, and sequencing of group-level and weekly moves/relocations.
Move communications and instructions for packing and relocation
Manage UA external systems furniture vendors and move vendors in support of existing and new systems furniture procurement, installations in collaboration with Facilities & Operations
Manage and maintain accurate reporting of existing furniture inventory for reuse.
Small Projects
Work with Project Deliver and Facilities & Operations to develop working drawings, pricing and construction documents for small project.
Meet with internal departments to understand any and all room modifications due to business or operational changes, document and distribute meeting notes to internal CRE team.
Coordinate with CRE Design Director, Project Delivery Team and Facilities & Operations to fully review, update and distribute all required information for the effective execution of small projects.
Coordinate, procure and install miscellaneous room and desk signage for small projects, reorganizations and new hires with UA vendors
Supports the development and updates of the CRE Design Standards for ongoing updates, general information and critical alignment for inclusion of iOffice requirements
Any other small interior design related activities as assigned.
Participate in small projects meeting to relay and inform Delivery Team of project requirements

Qualifications:
Associates degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Interior Design, or related field, and 1-5 years’ work experience in facilities role, occupancy and space planning.
Furniture systems knowledge and specifications preferred.
Building Code compliance knowledge preferred.
High computer proficiency in AutoCAD, CAFM/IWMS systems (iOffice highly preferred), and Microsoft Office programs. 
Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to integrate into cross-functional teams.
Collaboration skills with multiple disciplines and work styles.
Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (desired)
