What will I do at Under Armour?
Assist with development of seasonal product strategies that align to financial goals.
Partner with a team of cross functional procedure experts assigned to the same category that include a Planning partner, Allocation Analyst, and Visual Merchandising partner.
Review & Recommend reactions to current business trend.
Collaborate with manager and planning partners to maximize product opportunities and mitigate risk in-season. Communicate action plans through Monthly OTB process.
Recap seasonal hindsight learnings and strategically identify opportunities for future seasons.
Assist with defining product placement strategies and seasonal marketing stories.
Actively manage assortment line lists, pricing & promotional files, and business reporting.
Manage to a Go-To-Market calendar for future seasons while balancing current season demands.
What does Under Armour need from me?
Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
2-3 years of merchandising or buying experience
Strong analytical skills & Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in team-based settings
Ability to clearly communicate product strategies to cross-functional peers and leadership
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
