Under Armour is searching for an individual who will be responsible for providing support to the Global Retail Program Management Office with specific focus on the daily operations of the communication platform published by Global Retail to regional teams and partners. Keeping in mind Under Armour’s diverse and global workforce, you'll collaborate across departments to develop and maintain regular updates and vetting opportunities for innovation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage content information with the ability to think quickly and make good business decisions under tight timelines
Implement Security: responsible for securing company files by creating security groups, allowing access to specific employees or departments, as well as setting permissions for editing abilities.
Propose changes to make the platform more effective and promote organization of files, better usability functions or layout
Build relationships with business partners in visual merchandising, store design and development, operations and other corporate functions
Educate new users in how to use this platform. This includes creating manuals and designing in-person trainings, and being available for questions
Ensure stakeholder business objectives are met
Think creatively and focus on continuous improvement as it pertains to communication tools, communication and service levels to the organization
Meet regularly with business partners to understand goals, uncover opportunities and manage upcoming needs
Build relationships cross-brand, cross-channel and cross-function to uncover and share best practices
Share skills and experiences with other team members to enhance team-based learning opportunities
Contributes to overall team goals through effective communication, a positive attitude and team collaboration
Knowledge, skills & abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Creative communications counselor with strong influencing skills; able to work independently and maintain partnerships cross-functionally and across leaders and business partners, to achieve objectives and deliver on deadlines
Ability to support business partners in creating and executing comprehensive communication plans
Ability to support/manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing as required
Flexibility to manage competing priorities and shift focus as determined by changing needs of the business
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and act quickly and decisively
Experience in project management
Minimum education & experience
Bachelor’s degree & 1-3 years of experience working in a systems-focused environment
Sharepoint experience is a plus
