SUMMARY:
The Under Armour Information Technology Team is looking for a qualified, driven Inventory and Logistics Analyst. You will be part of a global, diverse team helping to drive the delivery of all logistics, warehousing and inventory business processes related to the implementation of a new SAP system. The Inventory and Logistics Analyst will support UA’s SAP user base, relating to all areas of logistics, warehousing and inventory as well as manage the third party partners involved in the implementation of FMS for Under Armour’s Global Rollouts.  Additionally, this individual will assist in reviewing Functional Specification Documents, testing enhancements and ensuring the business processes and IT functionality meet the needs of the businesses.  He/she will participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of business processes and applications.  This is a key role in the Logistics area and will work closely with business and IT partners to ensure the integrity, reliability, and consistency of our business processes and IT solution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain global process standardization across the US, Canada, Europe, Korea and China as well as helping to build a Business-In-A-Box for future roll outs of the SAP system.
Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of new process and/or enhancements to the systems that support logistics, warehousing and inventory. 
Be familiar with all Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash functionality in SAP FMS.
Deliver Project-Oriented Services: Contributes to conceptual and logical designs
Reviews process, functional and development specifications
Conducts unit and integration testing
Assists with scope, issues and risk management
Coordinates all third party partner communication including both project and organizational change management pertaining to logistics, warehousing, inventory and trade compliance
Assist in data integrity analysis of existing data prior to migration
Assist in data migration strategies for importing data into SAP FMS
Work with local third party partners on managing business process changes and updating standard operating procedures
Drive local third party partners to ensure on-time delivery of IT development
Support deployment of the SAP system

Influence, drive and align with regional and global stakeholders to meet the business needs for Supply Chain
Ability to travel outside of the United States on a regular basis

Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, particularly Procure-to-Pay, with an understanding of emerging trends.
Exceptional conceptual understanding of logistics, warehousing and inventory management.
Good understanding of trade compliance, particularly related to the import and export of products.
Ability to quickly develop an understanding of the current supply chain (including systems, policies, processes and procedures.)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
First level university degree or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, particularly in Logistics and Warehousing
SAP experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.
