Under Armour is looking for a Sr. Manager, Innovation Operations to join our team.  In this role, you will lead operations, go-to-market process, the integration of the Innovation operating model, oversee the gate committee meetings, and manage a small team.  Role supports the strategic direction  and end-to-end process management for the Innovation team to ensure, business objectives are being met on-time.

⏵ Reporting to the Sr. Director, Innovation Operations role, have strong partnership with the Innovation leadership team to support and drive strategic innovation initiatives  inclusive of decision making, organization of  general business practices and strategy execution.
⏵ Sustain innovation processes to ensure we are operating at peak efficiency with flawless execution and delivering on-time
⏵ Support the integration of the Operating Model and Gate Committee processes and plan for the Innovation team to ensure commitment to milestones and execute against the Innovation project plans.
⏵ Contribute to the vision and road map for Innovation operating model to build long-term strategic and financial plans and set goals to deliver against our internal and external consumers needs and scale to ensure prioritization against business objectives.
⏵ Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure innovation platforms and technologies are campaigned and delivered on time and on specification consistently.
⏵ Partner with innovation functions accountable to goals and committed actions by coordinating measurement plans & reporting against program KPI’s.
⏵ Support and maintain the innovation project roadmap & calendar to drive towards and against 5-year plan.
⏵ Execute operational efficiency within Innovation by developing tools, use of  measurement/scorecards, and best practices to streamline and structure innovative output
⏵ Ability to navigate and build relationships in a dynamic,  highly-matrixed environment MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

⏵ BS degree in Business Administration, General Management, or equivalent; MBA a plus
⏵ 8+ years of experience prior working experience in Operations, Project Management and/or Strategy
⏵ Established relationships at all levels, inclusive of the executive level
⏵ Prior experience working for a global company with a strong, premium brand and a distinct culture.
⏵ Experience working for either a startup or a high-growth organization is a plus.
⏵ Experience conducting business and partnering with executives and staff in multiple regions globally, a plus.
⏵ A reputation for outstanding leadership, team building and recruiting.  Proven ability to attract top talent from outside the organization, while developing strong teams within.
⏵ An ability to lead through influence by forming productive relationships cross-functionally with our leadership team.
⏵ Significant executive presence, confidence and preparedness to be able to meet and negotiate with the highest level of sports executives and athletes in the world.
⏵ Excellent presentation skills, inclusive of written and oral communications.
