Job duties include but are not limited to:
Independent management, execution, and support of strategic, operational, supply chain projects
Maintain accountability for project plans, milestones, deliverables, and results for large and/or complex projects
Drive operational excellence through execution of projects using PM best practices
Coordination with cross-functional partners to understand impact of current projects to/on Under Armour’s long term goals and other strategic initiatives
Provide routine project updates to leadership and project share-outs with key stakeholders
Building partnerships across the organization and establishing BPM as a trusted partner within Supply Chain to deliver operational excellence and financial benefits
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Project Leadership
Lead and support large and/or complex cross-functional process improvement projects to deliver operational excellence and financial benefits
Collaborate with business owners and customers to identify new and/or sustainable solutions and deliver results
Plan and manage successful large/complex project scope, execution, implementation, and sustainability
Oversee and advise on the creation of process documentation, gap analysis, improvement plans, and other project deliverables
Project Communication and Analysis
Support project feasibility and business case development, matching projects to the strategic priorities of the organization
Utilize data analytics to assess risk, make informed recommendations, monitor results, and improve upon the status quo with new solutions
Independently monitor project risks and elevate to management as necessary to ensure continued success of project timeline and deliverables
Effectively report project status to senior leadership through development of concise presentations, email communications, one-pagers, and project reporting templates
Develop mechanisms to enhance communication and visibility around key initiatives/risks, leveraging business process management and project management subject matter expertise
New Project ID and Assessment
Identify areas/potential projects where process redesign/improvement can significantly impact efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction
Coach and mentor teammates in the conduct of cross-functional process improvement projects
Support teammates across BPM process initiatives, as needed and constructively challenges them to innovate
Apply understanding of internal and external challenges to contribute to the BPM team's vision for the future

Problem Solving: Able to analyze all incoming data with the goal of discovering a previously hidden insight, which in turn can provide a competitive advantage or address a pressing business problem
Communication: Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management

Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Subject matter expertise in in business process management and project management
Ability to problem-solve and conduct root cause analysis
Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of work experience in a project, program, change management, or process role
3-5 years of work experience in consumer goods, Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, or Supply Chain is a plus
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient in Visio, Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups etc.), PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project or Smartsheets preferred
