ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing and Retail Procurement / Data Management Basic understanding of Spend Visibility tools to extract data from our Spend Analytics system to ensure that high-dollar renewals are tracked + renewed or cancelled accordingly
Qualifying renewals or subscriptions to make recommendations to senior teammates for sourcing initiatives
Identifying duplicative renewals, consolidation opportunities, co-terming opportunities, or enterprise options
Negotiating basic renewal terms, inclusive of cost reductions associated with negotiating out of annual cost upticks

Pipeline Input + Quality Assurance Maintain Marketing & Retail project tracker and ensure information is up to date for all sourcing engagements processed, inclusive of upcoming projects

Global Strategic Sourcing Support Maintain strategic sourcing calendar and proactively surface upcoming opportunities to Director of Indirect Procurement
Assistance during Strategic Surcing events, inclusive of scheduling, NDA management, data analysis with oversight of the Indirect Procurement Director, other Sourcing support as assigned

Policy Adoption Advocation Ensure teammates are fllowing proper Procurement protocol in the procurement of new goods or services, and maintain positive attitude when presenting Procurement materials + policies to teammates

Special Projects Assistance in ther Procurement special projects as assigned

Additional Responsibilities
Provide input as required to support the Procurement team’s strategic sourcing events, supplier negotiations, supply market research, and other strategic sourcing activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
Comfortable in challenging, performance-driven environment
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Highly competent in planning effectively, managing deadlines, and balancing multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
Proficient at building and maintaining relationships
Demonstrates desire and ability to work well with diverse employees and customers in a cooperative and friendly manner
Exceptional customer service disposition
Professionalism and good judgment
Experience with all Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years of Procurement experience, preference in Global Marketing or Retail
