SUMMARY: 
The role of an IT Partner is to act as the strategic partner between Under Armour’s information technology teams and functional business units.  The ITP is a trusted technology partner and work closely with teammates up to the executive level, in order to ensure alignment and assist in setting the technology strategy for the functional area they are supporting.  Ensuring their respective business unit’s highest level strategies and goals are supported by a robust technology roadmap while also acting as a partner in driving technology adoption and assuring positive ROI on technology projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Builds and maintains strong relationships with Executive Leadership, SMEs,  and BPOs
Creates strategic alignment maps to foster alignment and transparency with BU leaders
Accountable to delivering positive ROI for all technology projects within the product technology area
Manages stakeholder perceptions and expectations with all IT services
Gathers high level business requirements and partners with development teams to translate requirements into a technical solution
Conducts stakeholder meetings to approve, prioritize, and set expectation of delivery of any changes or enhancements
Owns the demand management process and continuously finds areas for improvement
Identifies and mitigates potential problems and conflicts with IT delivery
Drives new tool/system exploration activities to provide solutions to desired business capabilities including RFPs

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree a plus
Experience:  4-6 years’ work experience in a high-growth dynamic operating environment
Licenses, certifications: ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma (all nice but not required)
