Summary
This role will be responsible for optimizing data quality and accessibility in order to deliver insights to inform Go-to-Market, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain decisions in pursuit of our company goals and strategies. The teammate will be responsible for identifying and executing data and reporting improvement opportunities to enhance UA’s capabilities to create line architecture, set financial targets, improve margin, increase sales and serviceability, and make informed inventory decisions – among other key activities. To execute this critical role, a qualified teammate will require significant experience in planning, and advanced knowledge of UA data and reporting structures; and will have established relationships across all functions and levels to execute planning processes
Responsibilities:
Establish & lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning, reporting and analytics operational processes to support GTM, Demand Planning, Sales Planning, Supply Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance
Manage, facilitate, and improve seasonal Consensus and Post-Mortem data, reporting, and meetings, supporting GTM and global UA strategy alignment.  Solicit feedback from ELG on ongoing improvement opportunities.
Plan and manage data, analytics, and reporting improvement projects – leading opportunity identification, scoping, cross-functional teammate management, implementation, and sustainability. Track and monitor project KPIs to measure improvements and expected benefits
Define, maintain, and govern planning data structures, including product type classifications
Develop and deliver presentations and appropriate communications to support strategic and operational decision making, planning projects, and change management.  Audience includes ELG, business unit townhalls & staff meetings
Teammate will be required to work in a highly autonomous environment – creating & influencing a network of teammates to implement and optimize processes
Teammate will be responsible for leading and coaching teammates at all levels in the usage of data and reporting, and execution of improvement initiatives
Teammate will deliver coaching to and support development of fellow Planning Ops and Planning teammates
Teammate will be responsible for the continuous improvement and development of individual capabilities including data, analytics, reporting, process, communications, and leadership
Decision Making Responsibilities include:Prcess design and improvement

Cmmunication development and distribution
Initiative develpment, prioritization, and execution

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years professional experience
5 or more years merchandise palnning/store planning, inventory, demand planning, or other business planning experience
Planning: merchandise, inventory, demand, sales, or other business planning
Leadership: leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment, influence decision making, and drive change
Analytical: strong analytical skills to collect, process and interpret complex data
Process: ability to analyze, measure, design and improve processes
Communication: elevated communication skills to work effectively with teammates at all career levels, create cross-functional alignment, and deliver effective presentations
Problem Solving: research skills to identify root cause and potential solves for data, reporting, and process improvements
Team: demonstrated teamwork capabilities with a track record of executing work with cross-functional teams
