Senior Lead, Global Licensing Operations  
DEPARTMENT SUMMARY: Under Armour’s Global Licensing department oversees a diverse set of partnerships, license relationships, and products - everything from product licensing to collaborations and licensor third party partnerships. The Licensing team is the hub for all product licensing strategies and works with multiple Product, Category & Brand Teams to ensure brand right collections are brought to market. 
POSITION SUMMARY:The Global Licensing Team is looking for a high performing teammate to drive operations strategy and execution for one of the most profitable divisions at UA. This position will work cross functionally, with global responsibilities, to drive operational excellence and ensure smooth end-to-end operations, focusing on the global rollout of our Connected Fitness partnerships with major global partners. This role will also work with IT to drive the licensing system landscape and the licensing article activation process to ensure systems and process scale with the global growth of the business. The successful candidate must be able to operate independently in a highly entrepreneurial/fast paced environment, always learning and adapting as needs of the business change.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: may include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.
Working strategically and as the primary contact for Connected Fitness licensing operations, provide world class service to licensees, global HQ, and regional teammates exceeding expectations through timely responses and solutions to questions and concerns. Deliver on commitments, provide accurate updates, and maintain a positive attitude in all situations. 
Owns the global rollout strategy of products to UA Direct to Consumer channels on-time in multiple regions. Primary partner with our Connected Fitness licensees and will collaborate cross functionality to ensure an efficient and successful launch in each of those regions. 
Owns the article activation process for all licensed line plans. Partner with PLMs, merchandising, and IT/master data to ensure system data is complete and accurate, enabling POs to be placed on time, while continuing to improve the process through automation and scalability. 
Manages new vendor and factory onboarding for licensees to ensure successful and on-time global distribution of licensed product by partnering with the Onboarding and Sustainability Teams.
Key stakeholder in the connected fitness go-to-market process. Responsible for communicating upcoming UA GTM milestones with the Connected Fitness Team, aligning with merchandising, and regional teammates to ensure alignment on the dates and process. 
Super user for all UA systems – Armoury, P360, Trasix, SAP FMS, SAP B1, Logility, SAP SNC, and BI (web-based reporting). Serves as subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders. Partners with IT to fix system issues, as well as request, test, and implement enhancements. 
Accountable for documenting, communicating, updating and maintaining up-to-date system and process best practices.  
Partner and communicate with IT to develop and maintain reporting to measure KPIs (buy ready status, PO confirmation deadlines, on time delivery, etc.) to drive accountability and continual improvement on key metrics. 
Liaises with UA teammates in supply planning, DTC planning and merchandising, regional merchandising and customer service/sales ops, global logistics, and IT/master data to ensure seasonal demand is bought on-time and product activated online and in store on-time. 
UA contact for 3rdparty vendors such as Avery Dennison, FineLine, and Wen parker to support Connected Fitness licensees.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree 
4+ years of related work experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, or project management
Experience managing external relationships
Global experience working on projects that span multiple countries
Technology or consumer electronics industry experience a plus
Armoury (PLM system), SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) experience is a plus
Travel less than 10% of the time
