Lead, Tier 1 Athlete and Event Process Management

Summary:
This role will manage the planning, merchandising, delivery and activation of premiere product for participants at UA’s top activations. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure product is not only delivered but distributed to the top athletes (focused performers) in innovative and creative way that disrupt and inspire the marketplace.  Communicate and partner with various internal and external contacts to coordinate all product needs at top tier UA events all while aligning with corporate product launches and global marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Deliver best in class products to the Focused Performer and Coaching Staff at all of Under Armour Tier 1 Events. Coordinate with Product Teams, Design, and Brand Marketing on best product options that align with product launch dates and marketing initiatives, all while being cognoscente of final budgets.
Coordinate and deliver custom products with outside vendors and internal teams.
Strategically forecast and merchandise product assortments in conjunction with sourcing/planning partners to ensure product is purchased and delivered on time.
Manage the product creation process and time lines by leading reoccurring meetings that include Sports Marketing, Product, Branding Marketing to ensure all parties are aligned.
Coordinate the embellishment process for UA teammate requests for all secondary contractual athlete obligations.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing

UA Product Knowledge
Knowledge of Sporting Equipment

Navigating Complex internal Matrix
Working with Outside Vendors
Critical Skills:
Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe knowledge 
Ariba knowledge is preferred
Other general computer skills
Travel Requirements:
Travel is 15%-20% of the job.
Domestic event travel is required. 
This includes weekends and possible holidays
