The Sr. Manager, Merchandising Operations drives operations for the Global Merchandising function. This role is responsible for successful execution of Global Merchandising strategies and initiatives, and drives integration between the Global Merchandising COE, Category Merchandising, and Regional Merchandising. Additionally, the Sr. Lead, Merchandising Ops serves as a GTM Champion for the CPO organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drives end-to-end business process design and optimization for the Global Merchandising function. Translates Global Merchandising strategies and initiatives (e.g. lifecycle planning, segmentation) into processes and roadmaps to ensure successful implementation and adoption at scale across Categories and Regions.
Serves as the GTM Champion for Global Merchandising.
Communicates upcoming processes and deliverables to Category Merchandising, Category Merchandise Planning, and Regional Merchandising via reliable and repeatable forums to drive successful day-to-day execution
Partners with Product Operations to provide input into the Apparel, Accessories, and Footwear calendars to ensure Merchandising steps align with Product, Planning, Marketing, VM, and the GTM process/timing.
Collaborates with Product Operations and Materials to drive the Lifecycle Planning process.
