The Senior Lead, Marketing  Analytics, is responsible for developing our always on paid social strategy and global audience segmentation approach. This role will identify key insights and potential factors affecting campaign flighting, messaging and comprehension. The role will aggregate complicated data and get excited about identifying key insights, using them to build actionable future recommendations.
Implementing a measurement framework
Maintaining our reporting dashboard & funneling feedback to content teams for continuous KPI improvement across regions.
Leading our transition to a global op structure
Develop and drive always on paid social strategy and global audience segmentation approach
7-10 Years’ experience
Detailed understanding of social ad products and marketing tactics across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest)
Experience with Facebook Audience Network, Google AdWords or other social bidding platforms
Experience with optimization of paid media campaigns to hit engagement and conversion performance targets
Ability to organize data, unearth insights and turn them into best practices
Detail oriented with excellent project management skills
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Autonomous, self-starter, and entrepreneurial 
Experience with Sprinklr and Omniture preferred
