Summary
The Marketing Manager - Paid Social & Display will be the channel expert that helps drives overall Under Armour North American digital marketing strategy, planning, budgeting and execution through these key visual channels. This position will also support North American budgeting and special projects within the Consumer Engagement Team.
Requirements
Partner with digital marketing channel leads to drive overall portfolio performances across DTC channels (eComm, Brand House and Factory House)
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across all digital channels, with a focus on paid social and display media
Develop and maintain budget forecasts across multiple regions, media allocation, trend analysis, and optimizations.
Manage programs within acceptable levels of advertising spend, contribution and customer long-term value.
Overall exposure and the ability to work across all signature brands and categories to drive brand growth and deliver on ecommerce revenue
Create actionable reporting around key program trends and KPIs.
Responsible for communication of campaign details, rationale, and implementation across agency partners, key internal stakeholders.
Manage and maintain the North American digital performance marketing calendar focusing on key dates relating to content/stories, product drops, promotions, sporting events, and holidays.
Have a deep understanding of the digital marketing space as it relates to direct response and the ability to drive traffic to a retail website and physical store.
Develop processes that help streamline workflow and time management.
Conduct research and competitive benchmarking. Use this data to suggest new media/marketing opportunities that could augment the existing marketing portfolio.
Deploy tests and provide backend analysis and recommendations after testing to continuously improve the customer experience and grow sales and contribution.
Develop strong relationships across ecommerce, wholesale and other departments to facilitate integrated marketing strategies and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
BA/BS Marketing or related field
4+ years digital marketing experience (Agency or Brand). Within the retail sector preferred.
Proven campaign track record within Social Media and Display advertising
A working understanding of SEM, SEO, Email, Affiliate, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, and Attribution
Ability to manage multi-million-dollar campaign and channel budgets
Strong analytics skills and understanding of KPIs for digital media
Ability to distill multiple data sources into actionable insights and recommended optimizations
Understanding of CRM and segmentation strategy application and customer journey mapping
Ability to manage and maintain multiple agency and publisher partner relationships
Experience in leveraging advertising campaign management platforms such as; Google AdWords, Facebook business Manager, Snapchat, Pinterest, Bing, Yahoo, etc.
Expert User of MS Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
Experience with Analytics Tools like Adobe Omniture is preferred.
