Summary: 
The Senior Creative Director – Omni-Channel will lead a multidisciplinary design team that establishes brand design and voice for all Under Armour omni-channel experiences. This role will set a strategic design direction for Under Armour omni-channel experiences globally and guide internal and external teams to execute on this vision. The Senior Creative Director is responsible for creating the vision, strategy, design, and messaging guidelines for all digital branded across Retail (DTC/Wholesale), UA.com and UA mobile app. This role will partner with UA Digital Product creative leaders on MyFitnessPal, and MapMyRun to drive a consistent engaging experience across the entire UA ecosystem..
The Senior Creative Director is a key member of the Global Brand Creative leadership team and partners closely with Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital Product, Merchandising, Retail, and Channel Business leaders to develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and advance our Brand strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with Brand Creative teams (Category, Story, and Content) to continually drive and refine how we communicate our brand mission, personality, and point of view to consumers by creating transformative digital experiences that will inspire our athletes and deliver on our promise of making athletes better.
Develop the strategy and design guidelines for the UA experience globally across, Retail, UA.com, ArmourBox, ICON and UA mobile app.
Work closely with Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail Marketing, and Digital Product on driving integrated experiences across all consumer touchpoints.
Partner with global and regional creative agencies to develop strategy and creative to drive engagement and conversion
Create and implement a global kit of parts that are consistent with global brand standards and can be translated across channel and region to ensure globally consistency and regional relevance
Provide strong creative direction and quality control over concepts and projects
Work with the cross-functional leads to estimate, create, manage, track, and drive deadlines for new and existing projects
Use behavioral data and insights to inform and influence the customer journey and experience, ultimately leading to increased engagement and conversion

Qualifications:
Bachelors’ Degree in Design, Marketing or a related field 
Minimum of 12 years of digital design experience
5 years of creative direction of multiple teams  
Microsoft Office and Mac platform proficiency
Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Past experience with User Experience design
Experience succeeding in a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive, complex projects
Omni-channel experience a plus
Ability to travel up to 25-40% (weekends included)
