Under Armour is looking for a Solution Architect focused on omnichannel CRM initiatives. The architect will have strong knowledge of a wide variety of web technologies, including CMS, e-commerce, mobile, digital marketing, analytics, and CRM solutions. Most importantly, you will help design, develop, and implement integrations using MuleSoft (as applicable) to optimize and accelerate CRM initiatives. You will draw on your experience to provide insights, best practice, and scalable solutions. The successful candidate will be comfortable as a solution architect and MuleSoft developer capable of creating POCs or production integrations.
In this role, you will join a major CRM initiative and lead solution architecture in partnership with our enterprise architects. You will play a critical role in the initial development of a program and continue to support the team as programs launch. Integration pattern design / architecture is a critical aspect of this role; a successful candidate will be able to conduct user-oriented discussion and translate them into data flows and application architecture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead technical architecture workshops
Partner with program owners to define phased implementation plan in alignment to architecture
Perform complex project development tasks, including custom development work
Provide guidance to team members on advanced project tasks
Offer advice on system development, architecture, and infrastructure best practices
Lead the technical aspects of platform development/delivery
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with both team members and clients
Ability to translate complex technical ideas into concepts understood by all audiences
Experience defining technical solutions, scope of work, and creating a roadmap for client success
Ability to effectively manage the needs of all parties, and develop an approach which is mutually agreeable
Solid knowledge of a wide-range of web-based products, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SFDC
Experience using MuleSoft is preferred
Independent, self-starter, and strong problem-solving skills
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information System Management, Computer Science, or a relevant business area is required
8+ years of direct support and design experience integrating Loyalty & CRM platforms
5+ years’ experience acting as a manager, team lead, project lead, or some other position of leadership and responsibility greater than individual performer is required
Proven experience with the analysis of complex business and/or systems/technical requirements or issues and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Proven experience working as part of a global team is preferred
Knowledge of or certification in The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) certification is a plus
Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount
